Though it may be the shortest month of the year, February was a true adventure for the children. Between yoga, exploring emotions, discovering the polar regions, and creative workshops, each day brought opportunities to learn, create, and be amazed.
These seemingly simple activities actually nurture the development of executive functions \u2014 the brain\u2019s \u201csuperpowers\u201d that prepare children to succeed both in school and in life. <\/p>\n

Every Monday, the children enjoyed a yoga session \u2014 a peaceful moment to slow down and reconnect with themselves. After this inner journey, they expressed their creativity by creating mandalas using small treasures from nature.

Why does this matter? These skills are essential for learning to read, write, solve problems, and interact with others. By nurturing them from preschool onward, we help children grow in independence and confidence. <\/p>\n

One will join the Swallows class and the other the Tits class \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n We have a nature outing planned for March. We will leave in the morning and return in the afternoon.
