The school

When can I register for school?

Registrations are taken throughout the year. Fill in a pre-registration form and we’ll contact you to schedule an appointment.

After the parents and child have visited the school, and if a spot is available at your chosen pricing level, you will receive the registration pack. Once all the required documents have been received, your registration will be confirmed.

We have intakes in September and January.

Are parents required to be involved in school life?

Parental engagement is flexible and depends on each individual’s capacity. The contribution of some can make up for the lack of availability of others, but we often see that even a small amount of participation can have a significant impact.

At what age can I enroll my child in a leisure club?

Children aged 3 to 10 are welcome.

What does a typical day look like?

The mornings are dedicated to discovery explorations on the theme of the moment, and the afternoons are free explorations.

How does mealtime work?

Families provide the meals in a lunch-box. These can be hot or cold, and the food is stored in the fridge during the morning. The staff can reheat meals if required. The meal is eaten at the club with the staff.

Do the children get time outdoors as well?

Children spend time in the park every day, whatever the weather (unless it’s really bad weather). It is therefore important to dress them according to the weather and to bring a change of clothes (if the children get wet, we help them to change before quiet time).

Do the kids have naptime?

After lunch and the outing to the park, we have quiet time from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. During this time, all children are placed on mattresses to rest. To help the younger children (and sometimes older ones) to fall asleep, we play an audio story. The older children can quietly read a book.

Do you offer after-school care?

We do not offer after-school care. The group is made up of 14 to 16 children. We are committed to high standards of pedagogy and personalized support for children, and cannot maintain these standards beyond 8 hours of animation.

Is it possible to visit the school?

Visits to the premises are possible by appointment on Wednesdays from 16:45 to 17:15. Please contact us in advance to confirm your visit.

Will I receive more information about the activities offered to my children?

For the Wednesday club, an e-mail is sent out at the start of the year with the theme for the year and its breakdown by period.

For the vacation club, an e-mail is sent a few days before the start of the club specifying the theme of the week and practical information.

What are the hours of education?

We welcome children from 8:30 to 16:30.

Do I have to register my child for the entire year?

Yes, enrolment in the Wednesday club is a commitment for the whole school year. A registration form must be completed, including an acknowledgment of the school’s policies. We require a direct debit payment to be set up.

Parents of children enrolled in the Wednesday club are de facto members of the Les Petits Plus association, and are invited to attend the association’s annual general meeting in November.

Does my child have to stay all day?

You can enroll your child in one of 3 options: full day (8:30 to 16:30), half-day including lunch (8:30 to 13:30), or morning (8:30 to 11:30). You can find the prices on this website under the ‘Les clubs de loisirs’ (Leisure Clubs) section, then by clicking ‘j’inscris mon enfant’ (I register my child) for the Wednesday club.

Will the Wednesday club continue during the school vacations?

What are the operating hours?

Children are welcomed from 9:00 to 16:30.

How does registration work?

Registration is by the day only. Registration opens in September for short vacations throughout the school year, and in January for summer vacations.

All registrations are final and non-refundable.

Can I pick up my child before 16:30?

We recommend that your child has every opportunity to take part in all the activities offered during the day, but in the event of a medical appointment or similarly important commitment, you can inform the activity leader by e-mail no later than the day before.

What's the required paperwork to ensure my child has a good start?

This contact form is obligatory and needs to be returned to the supervising staff member latest by the evening prior. It ensures we have immediate access to critical details, including allergies and who to contact in case of an emergency.

Does my HelloAsso ticket confirm my child's registration?

Yes, you will not receive any other confirmation of registration other than the HelloAsso purchase confirmation.
